**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Operate mini excavator safely and efficiently to perform excavation tasks.
- Lead and supervise a crew of 4 workers, providing guidance and instruction as needed.
- Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure efficient workflow.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment.
- Assist with manual labor tasks as required.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 3 driver's license.
- Proven experience operating mini excavators.
- Ability to lead and motivate a crew effectively.
- Willingness to work long hours and weekends when necessary.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
