Owner Operator/driver

We’re looking for operators in the small to medium size package delivery industry to service our customers on Saltspring Island

The pay range we’re offering will be based on billing percentage of the jobs being performed.

A daily minimum is also in place.
- Dedicated Distribution runs (40-70 daily stops)

**Requirements**:

- Clean BC Driver’s abstract
- Class 5 Drivers License with no restrictions (Recommended)
- Clean Criminal Record Check - including clearance for youth at risk. (successful applicants will be reimbursed)
- Valid Delivery Vehicle insurance with minimum 2 million liability.
- Valid WCB #
- Cell phone with a data plan.
- Worksafe Approved Footwear
- Cargo Van

**Responsibilities**:

- Must be able to lift up to 65lbs unassisted or up to 150lbs with a dolly.
- Must be able to self organize for efficiency
- Must be able to work extended hours during peak events.
- Must be able to maintain cleanliness, appearance and upkeep maintenance of their vehicle
- Must be able to use company apps correctly and submit daily paperwork
