We are seeking an experienced professional with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Our Receptionist is responsible for providing prompt and courteous front desk services to all visitors and clients entering our office. The ability to make efficient use of time is important, and the right individual will be well-organized as well as a skilled multi-tasker. We are looking for a dynamic individual who can help support the organization with data entry, filing, mailings and other administrative duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers politely.
- Answer phones and direct calls accordingly.
- Deal with sales, customer service, and other personnel.
- Know the location of office supplies and equipment.

**Salary**: $15.25-$19.00 per hour

**Benefits**:

- Store discount

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus pay
- Overtime pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Montréal, QC H3Z 2M8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience (preferred)
- Front desk (preferred)
