RentPERKS is an international property management company that manages properties in 4 provinces across Canada. We do things differently and we aim to Make Renting Better. Anywhere.

We need a Tenancy Management Officer (TMO) to work casual hours primarily in the Burnaby, Langley and Surrey areas to:

- show and lease properties
- assist tenants with maintenance inquiries
- post notices to tenancy premises
- manage keys to allow people to move in or tradespeople access to premises
- inspect properties, property checks / drive-by
- attend virtual weekly meetings with national operations to get instructions and plan the week ahead.

We pay a good rate per hour and also pay you 50c per KM for travel from your home. Travel to downtown Vancouver could also be included and would increase your hours. We also pay you a 15% commission on the first month lease for any successfully leased properties.

For those applicants capable of performing non-licensed maintenance tasks such as painting, basic repair, cleaning etc then a higher rate of $30 per hour will be paid for those tasks with any material costs paid by RentPERKS.

If you have security training or a service background, this would be seen as advantageous. You would need to dress formally as part of your role - we do not have a uniform but would require neat and tidy clothing.

You must be based in either of Burnaby, Langley or Surrey. You must have a reliable vehicle for travel and have basic computer literacy. You are a good communicator, team player and meet agreed deadlines.
