Job Requirements
Help watch and care for 73 year old female recovering from a stroke who has a seizure disorder. Looking for someone who is responsible, reliable, punctual, attentive and takes job seriously.
Duties include: Assisting with overnight toileting, personal hygiene, mobility transfers (with walker), seizure risk management, sleeping when applicable.
In the event of a medical emergency able to accompany to hospital. (Sometimes this is in Saint John)
**Requirements**:
- Physical ability to assist with lifting and transferring individuals.
- Light Sleeper
- Standard First-Aid Knowledge
Expected hours: 8:30pm-8am
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $150.00 per day
Expected hours: 35 per week
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Every Weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
**Education**:
- Secondary School (preferred)
**Experience**:
- supportive care: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
Work Location: In person
