**Summary of Your Impactful Contribution**:

- Create Purchase Orders for inventory and MRO items from requisition.
- Arrange direct drop shipments to customers from vendors as required by Service department.
- Get order confirmations and expedite to ensure on time in full delivery.
- Coordinate with operations/production departments to ensure production/purchasing plans are in alignment.
- Resolve receiving, quality & invoice discrepancy issues with Receiving/Accounts Payable/Production.
- Review planning parameters and make changes to improve material flow and inventory levels.
- Source non-stock and new products and ensure best price and delivery method for all sourced products.
- Perform end to end service contract management.
- Prepare periodic purchasing, inventory and project report.

**Who Are We Looking For?**
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; Minimum 2 year college diploma.
- More than 5 years of experience in similar role preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Able to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent internal customer service skill
- Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of MS Word, Power Point and Outlook
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving, analytical, organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills.
- SAP or other ERP experience preferred.
