We are currently seeking a passionate, and highly motivated, year-round, **Food & Beverage Shift Leader,**for our team. Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisor, the **Shift Leader** supervises the dining room and bar areas when a Food & Beverage Supervisor is not available. The **Shift Leader** may carry out all duties of a server or bartender when assigned as **Shift Leader.**

**THE RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SHIFT LEADER INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO**:

- Being a leader for all service staff on the floor to ensure service standards are always maintained.
- POS related assistance when needed
- Training new team members.
- Shift supervision in Supervisor’s absence.
- Efficient and effective handling of member/guest complaints and concerns and escalating as appropriate.
- Ensuring proper uniform and appearance and standards are maintained.
- Acting as a liaison between kitchen and service staff.
- Assists in the training of service staff.
- Closing duties to standards including POS end of day responsibilities, including securing and arming the building at the end of the night.
- Responsible for ensuring all shift duties are completed.
- Assisting Food & Beverage Management with labour controls.

- You lead by example to maintain and uphold service standards.
- You are organized and have attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Availability to work all operating hours, opening and closing, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
