Skidsteer Plow Operator

TurtleCreek Landscaping is looking for SkidSteer Snow Plow Operators for an on-call position running from November 15 - April 15 in and around Halton Hills including Acton, Rockwood, Georgetown and surrounding areas. Plow Operators are responsible for safe, efficient snow clearing during and after winter weather events.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Safely operate SkidSteers, articulating Wing Plows, Tractors, articulating Loaders.
- Clearing parking lots & subdivision roadways.
- Keep accurate daily records of work performed via timesheets.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.

**Qualifications & Requirements**
- Snow plow operating experience using Tractors, Loaders & SkidSteers (required)
- Must be available On-Call 24/7 including weekends & stat holidays including possibly Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve & New Years Day
- Reliable transportation to and from yard
- Punctual, dependable, and professional
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Mechanical ability to troubleshoot minor issues
- Physically capable of working long hours in cold conditions

**Work Conditions**
- On-call and active during snow/ice events (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
- Fast-paced environment; work with heavy equipment
- Outdoor work in varying conditions including heavy snow, ice, and extreme cold

**To apply**

Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Rockwood, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Snow plowing: 1 year (required)
