Receptionist/shuttle Driver

**Job Overview**
**APPLICANT MUST BE FULLY BILINGUAL (ENGLISH & FRENCH) AND HAVE A VALID CANADIAN DRIVER'S LICENSE**

As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist/shuttle driver's duties includes offering administrative support to the advisors., greeting people who visit the business, booking appointments (online, by phone, and in person). You will also be coordinating front-desk activities including answering and re-directing phone calls, preparing daily work orders, and doing follow-ups on services, transporting passengers safely and efficiently between designated locations. This role requires excellent customer service skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to maintain a positive attitude while interacting with clients/passengers.

- Excellent customer service skills to interact positively with passengers.
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in using computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
- Familiarity with phone systems for communication purposes.
- Attention to detail for proofreading documents
- Ability to handle administrative tasks as needed, ensuring smooth operations within the shuttle service.
- Applicant MUST have a valid Canadian driver's license

Pay: $21.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
