Maintenance Manager

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Manage the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain all machinery and equipment, performing routine inspections and repairs.
- Maintain clay courts ensuring top quality playing surfaces
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules with mínimal disruption to operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in court maintenance management or a similar role.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot malfunctioning systems.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
