What Will Make Your Days Exciting as a Warehouse Inboud Team Leader at Bumper to Bumper:
- Plan and coordinate all order inbound activities in order to meet or exceed Distribution Center (DC) objectives on the morning shift 8:00am - 4:30pm- Purchase order variances research, investigations, and adjustments.- Promote and support a safe and healthy work environment in accordance with governmental regulations;- Assist in put-away of product using various warehouse equipment.- Assist in loading and unloading truck, when necessary.- Assist in the training of new employees and the ongoing training of existing employees to ensure quality and productivity goals are met or exceeded;- Focus on customer needs and customer service while ensuring that all policies and procedures are met;- Communicate with team members regarding operational issues providing effective feedback- Act as a leader and as a coach with employees by encouraging continuous improvement and supporting an inclusive work environment.
What will make you the ideal Warehouse Inboud Team Leader at Bumper to Bumper:
- High school diploma or equivalent- 3 to 5 years experience in a distribution environment- Experience with warehouse management system (WMS), RF Units, ERP (SAP)- Certified in the safe operation of counter balance, order picker, reach trucks and walkie riders- Ability to adapt and lead in a constantly changing environment- Capacity to work under pressure for meeting customer needs;- Strong leadership skills, which include the ability to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team;- Strong Communication, organizational and planning skills- Able to lift equipment up to 50 poundExperience in wholesale distribution and/or automotive industry.
