**What You Will Do**

The Processing Lead is responsible for leading and coordinating all Operations non-conformance investigations. Ensures investigations are thoroughly documented, root causes identified, and appropriate corrective measures implemented to prevent reoccurrence.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead long term corrective actions and process improvements through etQ CAPAs or ownership of Change Controls
- Evaluate corrective/preventative measures through Effectiveness Checks
- Collaborates with Operations and area SMEs to ensure the procedures/practices for the manufacturing operations are reflective of current best practices.
- Seeks out opportunities for improvements, prepares materials for project approvals, and leads projects to completion to realize safety and/or quality improvements, efficiency improvements, or cost reduction.

**Qualifications**:

Required Qualifications

B.Sc., B.A.Sc., or B. Eng.

Minimum 3 years of experience in GMP manufacturing operations.
- Desired Qualifications
- Experience with working effectively in a team-based environment.
- Good problem-solving skills, willing to dig deep to understand underlying issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-directed to manage priorities and adhere to deadlines
- Clear and effective communication skills
