**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Serve as a liaison between doctors, and clients.
- Data entry, transcribing and maintaining electronic patient files in accordance with CVO regulations.
- Handling payments, balancing end of day and closing interac machine.
- Submitting vet purchasing orders and daily inventory

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude, friendly, and a problem solver.
- Able to multi-task and strong attention to detail.
- Able to work well in a team setting.
- Knowledge of general office equipment and Microsoft Office
- Flexible schedule, as weekend/late shifts will be required
- Previous Veterinary Clinic and Avimark experience an asset

**Experience**:

- Veterinary Receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer Service: 1 year (required)
- Avimark experience (preferred)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)
