**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate various types of cranes, including boom trucks, to lift and transport materials safely.
- Perform rigging tasks to secure loads properly before lifting.
- Conduct pre-operation inspections on equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to coordinate lifting activities.
- Maintain clear communication with ground personnel during operations to ensure safety.
- Provide exceptional customer service while interacting with clients on-site.
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies while operating machinery.
- Keep accurate records of daily operations and equipment maintenance.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in crane rental operation or a related field, preferably in steel erection.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of crane functions and rigging techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
- Ability to work in various weather conditions and adapt to changing job site environments.

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Licence/Certification:

- 339A and DZ Drivers Licence (required)
