A **Service Porter’s** role within our Service Department is key to our team’s success. Safely and effectively transporting customer and company vehicles within our lot so the required servicing needs may be executed.
Job Duties:
- Drives vehicles to and from service areas and lot as needed.
- Service vehicles with gas, oil, and other fluids as needed.
- Comprehensive management of the service loaner fleet (cleaning, sanitizing, checking in & out, parking, fueling, etc.).
- Assist service advisors with non-facing customer duties (checking in cars, photocopying, attaining keys, staging vehicles for pickup, parking vehicles, assisting with parts quotes, etc.).
- Pulling tires for seasonal changeovers as required.
- Assist with vehicle flow within dealership as service tickets are generated.
- Provide customer courtesy washes as requested.
- Shuttle vehicles and customer on/off premises when needed.
- Maintain organization of customer vehicles in service lot.
- General Cleaning.
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Other duties as required.
**Shift: Monday to Friday from 7:30am - 4:30pm with a 1 hour lunch break.**
**Remuneration: $18-20 per hour**
- Possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a team and possesses strong interpersonal skills with an upbeat and engaging attitude
- Self-motivating with excellent work ethic
- First Aid Certificate an asset
- Punctual
- Must be willing to submit a background check prior to employment
