Automotive Service Advisor

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Automotive Service Advisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers seeking automotive services, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional customer service. You will leverage your mechanical knowledge and sales skills to provide accurate service recommendations and upsell additional services, contributing to the overall success of our dealership.

**Duties**
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport.
- Assess customer needs through effective communication and active listening.
- Provide detailed explanations of automotive services and repairs needed.
- Create service orders and ensure all necessary information is documented accurately.
- Upsell additional services and products based on customer needs and vehicle condition.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of services.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain records of payments received.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to safety protocols.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in a automotive environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Mechanical knowledge of automotive repair processes is essential.
- Experience in upselling products or services in a sales-oriented role is advantageous.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures is required.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary for effective interaction with customers and team members.

Pay: $37,505.32-$65,000.00 per year
