This position is responsible for principal equipment management. This individual will utilize both internal and external processes to verify equipment quality in the field and take timely, necessary actions to remedy all equipment deficiencies to ensure high customer satisfaction. This individual will be responsible for multiple concurrent projects and work with various departments as well as external organizations to meet project objectives and deadlines.

Cette personne sera responsable de plusieurs projets simultanés et travaillera avec plusieurs départements de l’organisation ainsi qu’avec des organisations externes pour atteindre les objectifs et les échéances du projet.

Responsabilités:

- Field Equipment Representative (FER) to perform jobsite inspections and reviews.
- FER to investigate fit and finish, field quality issues for all Hussmann products and submit field reports through an online based CRM program.
- Effectively communicate and give feedback to sales and engineering.
- Order parts via CRM as needed to resolve equipment warranty and quality issues.
- Follow-up with warranty & engineering requests for additional details from job sites.
- Ability to assess situations and prioritize job responsibilities.
- FER to attend customer meetings, review project schedules and coordinate equipment deliveries with installing contractors, both internal and external.
- Review plan changes to existing projects to determine any equipment change needs - coordinate and facilitate equipment changes as necessary.
- Responsible to identify the need for & coordinate own travel schedule to active jobsites to review equipment deliveries & meet with installing contractors.
- Ability to identify and champion cost savings measures and methods.
- Ability to develop positive relationships with contractors and customers.
- Skill to communicate with customer representatives, contractors, and sales organization on the status of all equipment issues, both positive and negative.

Rôle et responsabilités
- Représentant de l’équipement aux chantiers/magasins (FER) pour effectuer des inspections et des examens des chantiers.
- FER pour enquêter sur l’ajustement et la finition, les problèmes de qualité sur le terrain pour tous les produits Hussmann et soumettre des rapports sur le terrain par le biais d’un programme CRM en ligne.
- Communiquer efficacement et donner des commentaires aux ventes et à l’ingénierie.
- Commandez des pièces via CRM au besoin pour résoudre les problèmes de garantie et de qualité de l’équipement.
- Suivi avec des demandes de garantie et d’ingénierie pour des détails supplémentaires sur les chantiers.
- Capacité d’évaluer les situations et d’établir l’ordre de priorité des responsabilités professionnelles.
- Compétence pour gérer tous les problèmes techniques pour l’équipement livré afin d’assurer une résolution positive pour le client. Il s’agit notamment de faire appel à des « experts en la matière » au besoin d’autres secteurs de l’organisation.
- FER devra assister aux réunions des clients, examiner les calendriers de projet et coordonner les livraisons d’équipement avec les entrepreneurs en installation, à la fois internes et externes.
- Examiner les changements apportés aux plans des projets existants afin de déterminer les besoins de changement d’équipement - coordonner et faciliter les changements d’équipement au besoin.
- Responsable d’identifier le besoin et de coordonner son propre calendrier de voyage sur les chantiers actifs pour examiner les livraisons d’équipement et rencontrer les entrepreneurs en installation.
- Capacité d’identifier et de promouvoir des mesures et des méthodes d’économie de coûts.
- Capacité à développer des relations positives avec les entrepreneurs et les clients.
- Compétence pour communiquer avec les représentants des clients, les entrepreneurs et l’organisation des ventes sur l’état de tous les problèmes d’équipement, à la fois positifs et négatifs.

Qualifications:

- 5 years Refrigeration/HVAC and/or related Industry experience with a Bachelor’s degree.
- OR
- 9 years Refrigeration/HVAC and/or related Industry experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 4 years in project management required
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Refrigeration/HVAC or demonstrated technical ability
- A demonstrated ability to identify and champion projects through to completion.
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills, both verbal and written required.
- Up to 50% travel required
- Bilingual (French and English)
