Dexcent has an opportunity for a TerminalBoss SME to support client(s) with software review and recommendations.

- Education in Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with the TerminalBoss software
- Minimum 5 years' experience in software evaluation, stakeholder interviews, and providing recommendations
- Business/service oriented, with the ability to create and maintain productive relationships
- Capable to influence and engage all levels of stakeholders and support change
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, Power Point and Excel.
- A high degree of discretion, engagement, initiative, and independence
- Demonstrate exceptional communication, analytic and critical thinking, relationship building, and group facilitation skills.

The TerminalBoss SME will:

- Understand business needs, assess the available options to meet the needs, and make recommendations for changes/enhancements to the software currently implemented and/or alternate (replacement) options.
- Perform stakeholder interviews to understand current process, gaps, and gather new requirements.
- Resolve complex requirements conflicts through effective stakeholder engagement.
- Identify and document project risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies.
- Review existing software implementation and evaluate potential solutions to meet business needs.
- Collaborate with software vendor(s) to evaluate options to meet business needs.
- Prepare final report including methodology, findings, options and recommendations, etc.
- After completion of the final report, may move into role supporting implementation of the selected solution.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sherwood Park, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- TerminalBoss: 5 years (preferred)
