**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Junior Tile Installer. As a Junior Tile Installer, you will work under the supervision of experienced tile installers to learn and develop your skills in all aspects of tile installation. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about the construction industry and looking to start a career in tile installation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist senior tile installers with the preparation of surfaces for tile installation, including cleaning, leveling, and priming.
- Learn to measure and cut tiles accurately according to specifications and layout plans.
- Help to install various types of tiles, such as ceramic, porcelain, marble, and mosaic, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
- Assist in the removal and disposal of old tiles and debris from job sites.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Prior experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools used in tile installation.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills in tile installation techniques and best practices.

**Salary**: $21.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
