Aesthetician

The Millcroft Spa is currently seeking Full time and Part time **Aestheticians** to join our growing team

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a tenured team, while gaining experience in a first class Spa

**What you'll be doing**:

- Providing personalized and exceptional guest service at every given opportunity.
- Providing facial and body treatments.
- Performing manicure and pedicure services.
- Providing salon services if required.
- Providing an immaculate environment for each guest while experiencing their treatment.
- Responding to Guest concerns and inquiries as required.
- Working closely with the Spa Concierge to ensure the Guests’ needs are met.
- Working as a team to ensure a seamless, professional experience.
- Providing assistance to fellow team members when required.
- Continuously improving body therapy, facial therapy and guest service skills.
- Communicating the need for supplies or assistance.
- All other duties as assigned.

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- High school diploma.
- Aesthetics diploma.
- First Aid Training is an asset.
- CPR Training is an asset.
- Previous up-selling and/or sales experience is considered an asset.

**Compensation**:
Average hourly wage: $30.00 between consistent hourly guaranteed amount together with a high percentage per service.

**Salary**: $16.00-$16.84 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Holidays
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Alton, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- aesthetician: 1 year (preferred)
