Dental Receptionist

- We are a chartless office: office software includes Abeldent and Dexis
- Following CDHO Covid-19 guidelines to allow aerosol
- Team members are fully equipped with ALL Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as face shields, gowns/scrubs provided by a linen service provider, and masks provided with the ability to fit test the masks onsite.
- Guaranteed hours. Shifts may fall within: Monday to Thursday from 6:30 am
- 2 pm; 1:30 pm
- 9 pm; Fridays 6:30 am - 3:30 pm; Saturdays: 7:30 am
- 4:30 pm (The hours listed, include time before the first and the last patient scheduled).

**Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to**:

- Schedule appointments using Abeldent software
- Operate a multi-line telephone system

**Requirements for this position include but are not limited to**:

- Dental experience is an asset but not necessary. **Business or Medical Administration will be considered**:

- Experience using Abeldent is an asset
- Experience with Accounts Receivable and Dental Insurance is an asset
- Excellent communication customer service skills
- Excellent telephone skills
- Ability to multi-task
