**Technicien(ne) en comptabilité et fiscalité**

**Mission**

En travaillant directement avec l’associé, la mission du technicien(ne) en comptabilité et fiscalité est la préparation du dossier de travail du client.

**Principales responsabilités**
- Réalisation de mandats de compilation, incluant:

- Exécution des dossiers de fin d’exercice incluant la tenue de livres
- Préparation des états financiers
- Préparation des déclarations de revenus de sociétés
- Préparation des feuillets fiscaux (T4, T5) et de la paie
- Préparation des déclarations de TPS-TVQ
- Préparation des déclarations de revenus de particuliers et de fiducies
- Interagir régulièrement avec nos clients (par téléphone, courriel et en personne)
- Assistance aux clients avec diverses tâches de fin de période et avec les fonctionnalités de leur système comptable
- Communiquer avec les autorités fiscaux

Le poste est permanent et à temps plein. Nous offrons une rémunération concurrentielle.

**Compétences-clés**

Très bonnes connaissances de tenue de livres, et de logiciels de comptabilité (Sage 50, QuickBooks) et fiscalité (DtMax)

Experience de 1 à 3 ans dans une firme comptable

Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais (écrit et oral)

Titre CPA (un atout) ou stagiaire CPA

**Accounting and Tax Technician**

**Mission**

By working directly with the partner, the mission of the accounting and tax technician is the preparation of the accounting and tax working paper file. This can only be achieved experience in an accounting and tax services firm.

**Main Functions**
- Supervision and performance of corporations’ compilation engagements on financial statements, including:

- Preparation of working paper files including bookkeeping
- Preparation of financial statements
- Preparation of corporate income tax returns
- Preparation of tax slips (T4, T5) and payroll
- Preparation of sales tax returns
- Preparation of personal and trust income tax returns
- Assist clients with bookkeeping tasks
- Contact with tax authorities

This is a permanent and full-time position. We offer a competitive compensation commensurate with experience and competence.

**Key Competencies**

Very good knowledge of accounting (Sage 50, QuickBooks) and tax software (DtMax)

2 to 3 years of relevant work experience in an accounting firm

Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)

CPA designation (an asset) or CPA intern (an asset)
