**Summary**

We’re seeking a motivated Site Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands-on role working onsite alongside the crew, coordinating day-to-day activities, and supporting the Field Manager to ensure projects run smoothly, safely, and on schedule.
**Responsibilities**
- Work onsite daily to coordinate crew activities and workflow
- Support the Field Manager with scheduling, progress tracking, and quality checks
- Communicate with team members to ensure clarity on project goals and tasks
- Monitor site safety and report any issues promptly
- Assist with material deliveries, equipment needs, and site documentation
- Ensure that all site operations align with company policies and standards.
- **Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role within the construction industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with project management principles is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

**Experience**:

- Construction: 5 years (required)

Licence/Certification:
