We are seeking Labourers and Skilled Labourers to fill full-time positions with BMP Construction Management (BC) Ltd. Current Job site is located at 4253 Dieppe Road, Victoria.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

- Ability to lift heavy objects
- Maintain site cleanliness
- Assist in a variety of work including snow removal, moving of material and garbage removal.
- Willing to learn and assist carpenters when required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of team to complete daily and weekly objectives.

Experience working on Modular buildings is a plus.

**Requirements**:

- Must have PPE required to adhere to OH&S.
- Ability to perform manual and physical labor.
- Construction site experience a plus.

Labourers are paid $25

Skilled Labourers are paid $27-$35 depending on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
