Environmental Project Coordinator, Compliance

Engineering Search Firm is currently seeking a project coordinator to join our team and support our group manager in bringing our unique expertise in environmental engineering to our clients. Our company is a tight-knit group of multi-disciplined experts focused on results and solutions. This position will require some weekend work. We like to maintain a healthy work-life balance and we work in a very demanding field, so at times you'll work Saturdays and Sundays. That's the job and we're well compensated for it. Our clients needs us, so we're there for them on their schedule.

Effectively present clear and concise ideas and technical information in oral and written form.

Strong computer skills including all Microsoft Office components.

Working knowledge of AutoCAD.

Highly organized and able to demonstrate how.

Highly attentive to small details and able to give examples.

Quick at solving problems and able to demonstrate this with testing.

Willing and able to do physically demanding fieldwork under adverse weather conditions.

Oral and written English fluency

Valid Driver’s License and access to a reliable vehicle.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
Supports project managers and team members in organizing, performing, tracking, and reporting project performance.

Performs activities related to scheduling, allocation of personnel and resources, supervision of project personnel, and communication with the client.

Coordinates environmental monitoring and planning activities including dust, odor, and noise management and monitoring, erosion and sediment control-related activities, as well as biological monitoring.

Coordinates daily assessments of project sites to determine how best to proceed in an environmentally sound and logical way for all parties involved.

Communicates, organizes, and coordinates between all internal and external stakeholders.

Supports technicians and project managers with identifying environmental concerns that result from ongoing remediation efforts.

Oversight of environmental impact assessment activities, resolving issues, reporting, team support, and other duties as assigned.

Participation in ongoing or potential project planning and budgeting.

Prepares and distributes project progress and performance reports to the project manager and client.

Collects and analyses data and makes interpretations and conclusions for review by project managers.

Responsible for invoicing clients, as assigned by the project manager.
