**As the Supervisor, your responsibilities will include**:

- Performing daily closing duties, including preparing accurate sales reports;
- Demonstrating extensive product knowledge and staying informed about new offerings;
- Adapting to variable working hours, which may include days, evenings, and weekends;
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the café, in addition to other required tasks;
- Overseeing workflow, training new hires, and creating/manage team schedules;
- Evaluating staff performance and providing constructive feedback;
- Assisting in resolving issues and disputes among team members.

**Job Type**: Full Time

**Salary**: $20 - $22.50

**Benefits**: Store discount

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday (some weekend work may be required)

**Supplemental Pay**: Tips

**Experience**: Manager or Supervisor experience is considered an asset. Food Services Experience is not necessary but preferred

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.50 per hour
