**ABOUT US**

Fat Guys Auto Parts has over ten years of experience in the automotive parts and tire business. We started in Thunder Bay, Ontario and quickly became the biggest parts store in the City.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**

A Parts Pro works under the direct supervision of the Store Manager and is responsible for assessing the parts needs of customers and providing appropriate solutions.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

A Parts Pro is responsible for performing the following duties:

- Focus a servicing and growing wholesale customers
- Interacting with customers predominantly over the phone
- Searching catalogs and computer databases to find appropriate product solutions.
- Conveying product solutions in a comprehensive but efficient manner to customers.
- Ensuring the proper billing and procurement for product sales.
- Ensuring the proper storage and inventory of product.
- Ensuring the proper replenishment of stock and inventory.
- Assisting in filling purchase orders and other related documentation

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Minimum 5 years experience in the automotive and/or tire industry.
- Strong ability to operate computer software.
- A valid Manitoba Driver’s License.
- Ability to work well under pressure

Pay: $25.00-$32.00 per hour
