Bedliner Specialist

**Job Overview**
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Labourers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks that support the daily operations of our projects. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety. As a Labourer at Tyro Coatings, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that work is completed efficiently and effectively.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of shop before and after work activities.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Follow instructions from supervisors to complete tasks accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals.
- Driving to and from dealerships to pickup trucks in company vehicles as needed.
- Sanding and prepping truck beds, with the potential of eventually spraying vehicles.
- Disassembly and reassembly of tailgates, tie downs, toolboxes, etc.
- Load and unload materials and equipment as needed.

**Skill Requirements**
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
- Ability to follow directions, while working independently and part of the team.
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail to ensure quality work is performed consistently.
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques related to the trade.
- Valid Driver's License - clean record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay
