Revive Construction is currently seeking a Trades Technician to join our team

From our inception in 2018, we have brought together nearly 25 years of construction experience in the metropolitan area of Edmonton, Alberta.

**Position Overview**

Under the direction of the Project Manager, the Trades Technician will work closely with insurance professionals, businesses and home owners to ensure property is restored quickly, efficiently, and with care.

**Responsibilities**
- Full range of rough and finished skilled carpentry work
- Maintenance and repair
- Window and door board ups
- Installation of facets, toilets, sinks.
- Simple electrical work such as reset of light fixtures
- Installation of baseboards, cabinets, casings doors
- Installation of drywall (boarding and taping)
- Paint touch ups and finishing work
- Experience in textured ceilings
- Suspended ceiling installation
- Assemble of client furniture
- Tiling
- Installation of counter tops
- Blinds installation
- Framing

**Qualifications**
- 5+ years’ experience working in commercial, residential, industrial setting
- Valid class 5 driver’s license and acceptable, recent drivers abstract
- Undergo a Criminal Reference Check
- Steel Toe boots
- Own tools

**Work Conditions**
- Working conditions change dramatically from one job to another, varying from indoors in clean conditions to outdoors on scaffolding, and to confined and restricted locations.
