**Job Requirements**

Fluent oral and written English

Minimum 2 years’ experience in Shipping and Receiving **(current Raymond Reach certificate/forklift certificate manditory)**

Attention to detail; mathematical and desktop computer skills

Knowledge of Health & Safety, GMP and HACCP requirements an asset

Knowledge of baked good commodities (ingredients and packaging) an asset

Good interpersonal skills

**Job Summary (purpose of job, what is done, how)**:
Facilitate all incoming and outgoing movement of finished products from Baker Street and 3rdparty storage facilities (e.g., pick-ups and transfer of loads, domestic and international)

Daily lot tracking of all raw material and packaging that is received

Receiving trucks when needed and required

Completion of daily orders and placing them with suppliers when needed

Daily rotation of raw material inventory in dry storage rooms, freezer, and coolers using FIFO practices

Completion of daily orders and placing them with suppliers when needed

Assist with receiving activities, as needed

Act as back-up for Receiving Clerk while he is on break or absent

**Working Conditions (physical requirements, hours, travel, other)**:
Capable of lifting up to 25KG

Able to stand for extended periods and perform a variety of activities which may include lifting, bending, stretching, squatting, pulling; exposure to heat or freezer temperatures

Variable hours as noted above

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
