Looking for a new challenge? Pamika Group is looking for Line Cooks and Chef de Partie to its' restaurants.

All of our restaurants are located in the heart of Montreal, and we're looking for enthusiastic and experienced professionals to join our team.

Our restaurants: Pamika Thai Restaurant, Wineroom by Pamika, Mae-Sri, Garden Room (coming soon)

We are currently hiring for two positions:
Line Cook:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Line Cook with great knife skills, speed, and a coachable attitude who has some experience preferably in fine dining cuisine. You should have experience in sauté, batch cooking, vegetable preparation and a clear understanding of kitchen hygiene and safety measures to apply. We are committed to helping you grow as a professional with opportunities for advancement in the future.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of related experience in a high-volume restaurant environment
- Be available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Culinary school diploma is nice to have, training, or equivalent experience
- Food safety certification preferred

Chef de Partie:
We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie who has experience working in a busy kitchen environment. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the head chef in the kitchen and the day-to-day operation. You should have excellent culinary skills and have experience in restaurant menu development, ordering and inventory as well as leadership skills to manage the brigade with the head chef.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
