We work with long-term, repeat clients and take on complex work that demands strong leadership, sound judgment, and a high standard of execution. While our projects are local, our outlook is not. EDDA operates with a global perspective, leveraging modern systems and technology to bring clarity, transparency, and control to the construction process.

As EDDA enters a new phase of growth and scale — including larger and more complex projects — we’re building a team that’s excited to help shape how work gets done and how the company evolves.

**The Role**

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead multiple commercial construction projects from early planning through completion.

This is a senior, hands-on role with real authority. You’ll be trusted to run your projects, lead site teams, coordinate consultants and subcontractors, and represent EDDA with clients. You’ll also have the opportunity to influence project delivery systems and workflows as the company continues to grow.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead multiple commercial construction projects from kickoff to closeout
- Own project budgets, schedules, quality, and risk management
- Coordinate clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
- Drive planning, reporting, and cost control (Buildertrend experience an asset)
- Identify issues early and resolve them decisively
- Contribute to improving systems and workflows as EDDA scales

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, budgets, and scheduling
- Ability to manage multiple projects without losing control of details
- Confident communicator and capable leader
- Comfortable operating in a growing company where initiative matters
