**Position Overview**:
We are seeking dedicated therapists to join our team. As a therapist with Stronghold Counselling, you’ll play a key role in providing compassionate support to clients, guiding them through various challenges and fostering resilience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide individual and family therapy sessions to children, youth, young adults, and parents.
- Develop personalized treatment plans and adjust approaches based on client needs and progress.
- Collaborate closely with our team of counsellors to deliver integrated care and share best practices.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with ethical guidelines.

**Qualifications**:

- A Master’s degree in Counseling
- Current registration with a recognized professional regulatory body.
- Experience working with children, youth, and families is highly valued.
- Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a commitment to creating a safe, inclusive environment for clients.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
