We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a well-rounded skillset who is interested in a marketing role in a rapidly growing organization. For this position at the head office and under the supervision of the Merchandising Operations Manager you’ll be called upon to contribute to the success of the planning and development of our merchandising projects. This role presents the opportunity to work closely together with our display architects, sales team, after sales, client support, dealer network and outside contractors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the roll-out of our merchandising and displays across North America;
- Ensure all marketing and merchandising items are up to date at all dealer locations and tracked internally;
- Collaborate with Sales Reps, Support Team, Display Architects, Authorized Dealers, and Third Party Contractors to ensure proper completion of dealer displays;
- Communicate projects and distribution ETA with all stakeholders;
- Update necessary internal systems (cost & merchandising inventory) with all relevant information pertaining to the projects;
- Responsible for opening, following, and closing merchandising cases within allocated time frames;
- Host onboarding for new sales reps on merchandising;
- Updating and communicating process changes annually.

**Qualifications**
- DEC in administration or other relevant programs;
- Bilingualism (French and English), both written and spoken, as our clients are located in Canada and USA;
- Ability to multitask and prioritize, all while keeping a high level of precision and thoroughness;
- Extensive knowledge and experience with MS Office suite of tools;
- Experience with CRM & ERP systems (an asset);
- Experience with Teamwork or other project management software (an asset);
- Great attention to detail;
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
