**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Foster a safe and inclusive classroom environment that encourages children to express themselves freely.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience across the curriculum.
- Maintain accurate records of children's activities, progress, and behavior.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities.
- Utilize effective time management skills to balance teaching responsibilities with administrative tasks.
- Support children with special needs by implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) as necessary.
- Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.
- Do school drop offs and picks ups as needed

**Qualifications**
- Early Childhood Education Diploma or related field preferred.
- Experience in childcare or early childhood education settings is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and inspire young learners.
- Proficient in computer operation for record keeping and lesson planning purposes.
- Knowledge of special education practices is a plus.
- Ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple responsibilities within the classroom setting.
- A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their growth and development.
- Class 5 license with clean driving record
