Concorde Properties, a division of Concorde Group Corp, is a local and well established industrial/commercial development and leasing company focused on opportunities in Saskatchewan. We are seeking the right individual to compliment our maintenance team as a:
**BUILDING GENERAL MAINTENANCE**

**Duties to include, but not limited to**:

- Performing snow removal from sidewalks and roadways of commercial properties
- Ensuring buildings are kept clean and sanitized
- Completing service work as required
- Responding to location concerns and emergencies
- General property maintenance
- Effectively managing your time on a daily basis
- Valid Saskatchewan Driver’s License
- Current driver’s abstract from SGI demonstrating a safe driving record
- Physical ability to perform the assigned duties
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot
- Ability to perform duties with mínimal supervision, while following safety procedures

**Hours of work**:

- Primarily Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Must be willing to work some weekends, when required
