**Responsibilities**
- Plan, Coordinate and Monitor inbound/outbound transportation
- Communicate information and delays to drivers, 3rd party and customers
- Solve problems for drivers and customers in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy of work orders and paperwork
- Maintain fleet of vehicles and logistics equipment
- Support and provide logistic options for various internal divisions
- Familiar with or willing to learn ELD policies and procedures
- Oversee and schedule junior dispatcher, drivers and additional labour

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years experience as a dispatcher or logistics coordinator
- Proven ability to multi-task & prioritize responsibilities
- Knowledge of industry an asset
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Previous experience of UFOS (work order software) an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Post-secondary courses or diploma would be considered an asset.

This position is ideal for someone who is looking for long-term employment. This position is Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM with occasional weekend and evening work required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
