We are hiring a

Product Analyst, HealthWATCH.

Enterprise Operations Development & Systems (“EODS”) is currently completing the build and implementation of the core product (“HealthWATCH”).

A key area of focus includes new features and functionality to support user-requested enhancements, new regulatory requirements, and achievement of business benefits. These enhancements will be driven by stakeholders across Shoppers Drug Mart (SDM), including end-users within stores.

In addition, the Phase 1 Delta Program scope has expanded due to the introduction of provincial e-health-related mandates. This increase in scope has resulted in accelerated timelines for the achievement of Phase 1 Program objectives. As such, the Product Analyst role has been established to ensure the key features and functionality of Phase 1 of the Program are in place to drive the achievement of key business benefits and strategic objectives going forward.

The Product Analyst, HealthWATCH is a Product Team member with product domain knowledge that supports the Product Owner in translating product needs into deliverable units of work; supports the team in understanding product needs and delivering on their commitments each sprint. Validates correctness and value of delivered work.

**Key responsibilities**:
Helps the Product Owner the defined value of MVPs

Collaborates with the team to provide a delivery estimate for user stories to gain a team commitment

Creates user stories using testable, actionable, criteria

Works closely with development to ensure a flow of stories is specified and validated

Provides discipline, rigor, and technical skills to the story definition and validation process

Collaborates with the delivery team to define the overall testing approach

Defines testing approach, data, and scenario coverage, including edge cases, non-functional, etc

Automates functional / non-functional tests by leveraging and extending testing frameworks as required

Continually performs regression testing as necessary, and applies exploratory and risk-based testing

Tracks and manages defects and works with the team to prioritize and resolve them; acts as a catalyst for continuous improvement
