**Role Proposition**:
**Accountabilities**:

- Greet customers when they arrive at the store and ask if they need assistance
- Process sales transactions at the POS (point-of-sale) counter
- Suggest upselling items to customers based on the things they have chosen
- Replace merchandise on the shelves, paying particular attention to displays
- Regularly change displays and remerchandise the store
- Continuously improve product expert status by way of regular updating of product knowledge
- Assist customers in finding merchandise and making buying decisions
- Demonstrate a passion for the outdoors by maintaining knowledge of trends and emerging technologies that relate to the outdoor lifestyle
- Provide resort information to guests
- Maintain cleanliness of the store and proper storage of all products and fixtures
- Be a continuous ambassador for Sun Peaks Resort and all activities and events throughout the winter season
- Professional, fun, and friendly personality, with the ability to build enthusiasm with guests under pressure and in routine situations
- Neat, tidy, and well-organized, with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to provide superior customer service and exceed customer’s expectations
- Experience and a good understanding of a POS system
- Experience in a related field or outdoor lifestyle
- Well-presented and a team player
