QRC Logistics is a proudly owned family transportation business that started out as a small 1200 square foot courier company doing rush pickups and deliveries using cars and vans all around the GTA. As our customer’s requirements evolved, so did the company. Since then, QRC has grown and expanded exponentially adding in services like:

- Cartage division with 5-ton trucks all with tailgates to handle LTL
- Trailer division to handle FL freight
- Overnight division for less time sensitive deliveries

**Job Title**: Warehouse Shipping Clerk - **ALL SHIFTS AVAILABLE**

**Reports to**: Shipping Team Lead
- **Position Overview**_
- Our warehouse operation is looking for dependable and experienced Warehouse Shippers/Packers to join our team for Midnights._
- **Duties and Responsibilities**_
- Unpacking and inspecting received goods for damage and count
- Verifying packing slips to purchase orders
- Ensuring accurate inventory counts and product movement
- Ensure all shipments receive the proper labeling and postal charges and are packaged to arrive safely
- Keep management and supervisors aware of product shortages in order to maintain accurate information on the company website
- Organize stock and merchandise with in the warehouse by properly boxing and storing goods in their designated location
- Verify all incoming shipments to be accurate by comparing the invoice to order and ensuring all goods are in acceptable condition
- Accurately package, label and weigh items to be shipped and ensure proper shipment method and shipping charges
- Prepare detailed and accurate invoices to accompany shipments and ensure all items are packaged and shipped to company standards
- Work with other shipping clerks to see that all invoices are handled promptly, and goods are shipped and stored properly
- Final testing and shipping of product
- **Requirements and Qualifications**_
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a high level of physicality for prolonged periods and working primarily standing
- Experience with software such as Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
- Interpersonal skills are essential, as working as a team is vital to maintaining an organized warehouse
- Ability to problem solve quickly and prioritize daily tasks according to their importance
- Personal accountability and integrity are paramount, as a shipping clerk is tasked with an accurate accounting of all inventory
- Previous experience working in a warehouse with RF scanners
- Good communication skills
- Positive, self-motivated attitude
