**Accounts Payable Administrator**

The position is demanding but rewarding and under the general supervision of the Accounts Payable Manager.

We have various companies across Canada and the USA, so you will be directly communicating with various team members on the construction and management team on a daily bases.

**Day to Day Responsibilities**:

- Enjoys being part of a driven goal orientated team
- Review and Process accounts payable for multiple companies including;
3 way matching

Data entry

Statement reconciliation

Credit Applications

Reconciling company credit cards and expense reports
- Investigate and reconcile accounts with vendors
- Provide timely and accurate information and reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
- Assistance in month-end closing
- Ensure all corporate policies and procedures are followed
- Assistance in preparation of yearly audit file
- Work closely with the Accounts Payable Manager to streamline processes

**Skills required**
- Self motivated and Positive team approach to resolutions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Experience with accounts payable and general accounting functions
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work in a team environment with interpersonal communication skills - written and oral
- Strong ability to organize tasks and work within defined timelines
- Preference is given to those with a strong construction background
- Own transportation is required

**Experience**:
