**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service to camper, customers, and guests.
- Assist maintenance personnel in the cleaning of campsites, washrooms, buildings, trails and outdoor spaces.
- Monitor campground and respond to issues such as power failures, building issues, parking and compliance matters.
- Assist Information Officers and registration staff with customer service, check-ins, cash-out as needed.
- Assist maintenance personnel with water quality monitoring, maintenance projects, and repairs.
- Assist retail staff with opening and/or closing of the store as needed.
- Work closely with other staff, campground attendants, and contractors.

**Qualifications**

Required
- Ability to use a variety of basic power and hand tools.
- Ability to operate vehicles, golf carts, and ATV vehicles (training provided).
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s License.
- Ability to perform physical tasks in the outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Desirable Assets
- Prior experience in custodial or facility maintenance
- Familiarity with campgrounds and/or campground maintenance operations.
- First Aid Training.

**Terms of Employment**
- for full-time employment five days on followed by two days off with workdays usually including the weekend.)
- Able to provide a criminal record check.
- Able to obtain first aid certification if not already held (training will be provided.)
- Preference to the ability to live on site during scheduled evening shifts.

Contract length: 4-5 months

Pay: $800.00-$1,000.00 per week

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
