**Food/ Customer Service**

We are looking for fun, dedicated, energetic, and positive dessert lovers to join SWT Lab

SWT Lab is a local food truck in the Ottawa ByWard Market. We are fun, fast-paced, and customer-centric. We believe in creating a great product using fresh ingredients sourced locally and seasonally Our goal is to be on everyone’s Ottawa to-eat-list.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Prepare and serve food items according to the customers orders following established recipes and procedures.
- Handle cash transactions and provide accurate change to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including restocking supplies as needed.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Assist with kitchen duties as needed, such as food preparation and dishwashing.

**Experience**:

- Certified Ontario Food Handler (preferred)
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Previous experience in food handling, food preparation, or food service considered an asset
- Strong time management skills and attention to detail to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- A team player with a high level of energy and approachability.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering procedures
- A fun, positive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a friendly demeanor.
- Valid class G driver's licence with own vehicle (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18 - $20 per hour

Hours of Operation: 10am - 10pm (6 hours shift)

Expected Hours: 30 - 40 per week

Flexible shifts available, Monday - Sunday
