Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
- Provide safety training and education programs for employees to promote a culture of safety awareness
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and develop preventive measures
- Collaborate with management to develop emergency response plans and conduct drills
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulatory changes related to workplace safety
- Oversee the maintenance of safety equipment and ensure proper functioning
**Skills**:
- Training Development: Ability to design, develop, and deliver effective safety training programs for employees at all levels
- Fabricate: Knowledge of fabrication techniques and ability to create custom safety solutions as needed

**Salary**: $17.00-$20.00 per week
