Program Manager of Ecosystem Partnerships

**Convergint is currently recruiting for a talented team player with great initiative, strategic mindset, and experience, to fill a key management role on the Ecosystem team. The Program Manager of Ecosystem Partnerships will be responsible for designing, building, and managing the development and support for an ecosystem that aligns alliance partners, trusted partners, disruptive partners, and distribution partners.**
Working closely with cross-functional leadership across the company, this individual will create and execute business strategies with these partners to co-market, co-sell, co-deliver, and co-innovate. The role requires an individual with experience, communication skills, and energy to operate in a wide spectrum of situations.
**What you’ll do with “Our Training and Your Experience”**
**_ Strategic_**
- Foster existing partner relationships to ensure support and alignment to the ecosystem
- Responsible for the development of the overall partnership strategy and the mechanics necessary to support an ecosystem at scale
- Personally execute activities and lead a team to carry out the activities required to realize the strategic plan's success.
- Will work with digital transformation leadership, RVP’s, strategic sourcing, and strategic initiative leaders to prioritize strategic relationships to the company.
- Horizontal coordination across the company to ensure organizational readiness for our ecosystem partners
- Help the digital transformation portfolio team define and drive the future direction of the company’s product & market strategy.
**_ Partner development_**
- Facilitate weekly strategy calls with key partners/distributors of the ecosystem to identify and remove any friction
- Manage a cross-departmental project to map the entire prospective partner ecosystem
- Define an ecosystem model across the entire customer value chain, in all relevant client industries
- Actively drive target partner identification and engagement across all ecosystem segments.
- Structure relationship processes and negotiate a portfolio of partners and integrations
- Define requirements for complete partner support
- Manage the process for the day-to-day management of the ecosystem and its supporting functions
- Manage existing partnerships and develop go-to-market plans
- Contribute to the partner relationship management strategy, and ECM software system.
**_ Technical management_**
- Work with partner product management and internal IT team to drive technical elements.
**_ Marketing_**
- Work with the partner marketing team to develop professional, enterprise-quality marketing & selling materials, white papers, case studies, sales battle cards, and other important marketing support elements.
- Develop training support, API/SDK documentation, and a partner knowledge base
- Help drive thought leadership in the marketplace and act as spokesperson for the company.
- Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events as required
**_ Enablement_**
- Develop GTM process and playbook for key partners
- Drive QBRs for each key partnership and a scaled review approach for all other partners
- Work with marketing to develop and execute alliance marketing plans to raise internal and external awareness of the ecosystem portfolio.
- Track KPIs on initiatives across internal sales and account mgt teams and external solution partners
- Manage internal cross-functional initiatives to ensure that appropriate resources are applied to the implementation of partnerships
**_ Team Management_**
- Manage a team of colleagues who will be scaled up to support the ecosystem infrastructure
**What You’ll Need**
**_ Experience_**
- Management of senior-level relationships and developing relationships with complimentary software companies
- Familiarity and experience with SaaS platforms and cloud strategies
- Experience working with large enterprise software partners
- Knowledge of mechanics of the consulting industry
**_ Partner Growth_**
- Proven ability to manage partner pipeline growth
- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand technology and value proposition analysis
- Ability to develop a partner relationship strategy and institute a PRM system, including the creation of a client-facing product exchange

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to align and coordinate internal resources
