Burlington, Canada Integrity Fire and Control Systems Inc. Full time

General day-to-day electrical maintenance and installation primarily for local school board. Scheduled hours are day shift with some afternoons required.

**About our Company**:As a family run business, Integrity Fire and Control Systems Inc. is an electrical contractor that specializes in fire protection. We are currently seeking a electrician to join our electrical division

**General requirements**:

- Strong ability to do service work.
- Individual must have an excellent work safety record.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- Works well with others and follows directions.
- Must be clean and presentable.
- Work must be detail orientated.
- Be conscious of being a good representative of our company.
- Confident with use of drills and hand tools
- Confident use of computers, specifically Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent work safety record, conscious of a safe working environment.
- Shift Work is required

**Skills that are an asset**:

- Trouble shoot electronics.
- Soldering components to circuit boards.
- Understanding of batteries and charging systems
- Knowledge of fire alarm and emergency lighting.
- Post-secondary in electrical or electronics.
- CFAA Certified Fire Alarm Technician an asset, willing to put through certification program.
- WHIMIS, Lock-out tag-out, fall arrest, first aid are all assets

**Other requirements**:

- Have a valid G level drivers license.
- Must be well organized.
- Be able to complete paperwork accurately and on time.
- Occasional evening shifts will be required.
- Some work may require heavy lifting.
- Valid police check will be required upon hiring.
