QA Analyst Ii

As a QA Analyst II, you will design test procedures to confirm the functionality and integrity of overall BI reports and dashboards to provide timely, accurate, and meaningful enterprise data based on business requirements and established guidelines.

**What are the main responsibilities?**
- Creating, maintaining and running all automated test scripts as a part of regression testing;
- Taking ownership of the issue management process during the QA phase of large projects;
- Participating in creation and maintenance of quality assurance processes for normal system support;
- Participating in creation and maintenance of quality standards and test procedures for software design and evaluation to attain quality of software economically and efficiently;
- Participate in creation and tracking of quality assurance metrics such as defect densities and open defect counts.

**What skills and experience are we looking for?**:

- University degree in computer science or equivalent with 3 to 5 years of related work experience;
- Knowledge of SQL Server RDBMS and SQL language;
- Working knowledge of quality assurance methodologies;
- Knowledge of automated test tools and UML;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
- Strong verbal and written skills (French and English);
- Team-oriented and customer service-oriented.
