**Job Description**:
We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the restaurant manager with daily operations, as well as providing excellent customer service to our guests.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant including food preparation, service & sanitation
- Hire, train and supervise staff to ensure high-quality service
- Ensure hihj levels of customer satisfaction
- Create and manage schedules for staff
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage a diverse team and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with inventory management, scheduling
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills
- Flexibility to work nights, week-ends & holidays as needed
**Requirements**:
- 3 + years of experience in restaurant management
- Previous experience in the food service industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
