**What You Will Get To Do**- Reporting to the Manager of Operations (Parks) and/or the Supervisor of Operations (Parks), and under the direction of the Working Foreperson(s), the Temporary Help incumbent will provide labour and maintenance duties relating to the Parks Division, including:
- performing general duties within the Forestry workgroup such as watering and/or mulching;
- assisting the Horticulture/Turf workgroup with ongoing maintenance duties such as watering and/or weeding;
- performing general duties within the Grounds Maintenance workgroup such as leaf/debris clean-up and/or grass cutting/trimming;
- assisting the General Maintenance workgroup with duties such as litter and debris pick up;
- ensuring all equipment and/or tools are operated in a safe and professional manner;
- providing excellent customer service, including responding to inquiries/concerns from the general public and other members of staff in a courteous manner; and,
- assisting with other duties as assigned.

- a secondary school graduation diploma;
- a valid Class “G” Driver’s Licence, maintained in good standing and qualify for the Town’s Safe Driver Program criteri;
