**Responsibilities**
- Consult with clients to understand their hair needs and preferences.
- Perform haircuts, coloring, highlights, and styling according to client specifications.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair fashion and techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, tools, and equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service by creating a welcoming environment for clients.
- Recommend hair care products that suit clients’ needs.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations while performing services.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through effective communication.

**Requirements**:

- Valid cosmetology license or certification as required by state regulations.
- Proven experience as a hairstylist or in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of various hair techniques, products, and tools.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Attention to detail with a passion for enhancing clients' appearance.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service.
